Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Liquid Whisper is committed to verifying the age of all customers, who must be 18 years or older, before completing purchases. For initial orders, we partner with OneID to conduct age verification at the order confirmation stage. Failure to verify age may result in delays in dispatching items until age verification is completed through OneID. Please note that any resulting delays in order fulfilment are beyond our liability. Rest assured, all parcels are discreetly shipped in plain, unbranded jiffy bags for added security and confidentiality.

Kindly note that once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Requests for address changes will be declined unless the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. In such cases, we can cancel the order, allowing you to place a new order with the correct address. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels resulting from incorrect delivery addresses.
