Refund policy

There would be times where you are not happy with the purchase / circumstance make it unwanted, we are happy to assist you. You can return the product and raise any concern, issues about the purchase. Please email us regarding any questions regarding your purchase.

Change of Address: Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the delivery address. Requests for address changes will be declined unless the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect delivery addresses.

Missing or Lost Items:  If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, or if some items are missing from your shipment, please let us know within 30 days of placing your order. This will allow us to quickly initiate an investigation with our courier partners to locate your missing package or items.

Faulty Items: If you are having problems with a item and it turns out to be faulty, please email us. Our team will assist in resolving the issue. All vape kits and pods purchased from our site come with a 30-day warranty from the date received.

Unwanted Items: Unwanted items / orders can be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. You can only return unused items and they have to be in there original packing. Please notify us within 20 days of purchase if you wish to return an item, and ensure that returned items are received within 10 days of the return's intention.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened which consist of e-liquids, vape kits, disposable, e-cigarettes, refill pods and nicotine pouches unless they are faulty.

Refunds:
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds usually take up to 5 working days to process on our end. The time it takes for the funds to appear back in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. If the item is found to be faulty, a replacement will can be sent out, and our team will discuss the available options with you.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order before shipping, please notify us via email as soon as possible. Orders that have been dispatched can still be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please follow the returns procedure to arrange for the return of your items.

Return Address: To return an unwanted or faulty item, please address it to: Liquid Whisper, Apartment 7, Narbonne House, 17 Corporation Road, Eccles, M30 0YJ. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless advised. Please use a tracked service for items over £30.

We are not responsible for any returns lost during transit.
